GITTLEMAN/SOLOWAY FLUTE & GUITAR DUO

Mike’s flute and guitar duo with flautist Jennifer Gittleman can be heard frequently at occasions and in concert around the Long Island area. They offer several programs including one of classical music, one of Jewish and Isreali melodies, and one for parties which can also include some jazz and bossa nova.

Mike accompanies the French culturalist, lecturer and singer Yvette O’Brien in a program of the songs of the singer/songwriter Georges Brassen. The songs reflect Brassen’s humor, wit, intelligence and concern for the human condition are well known in all French speaking areas of the world.
