Mike Soloway is a children's musician and teacher specializing in music for infants, toddlers and preschool children. His CDs of dance, movement, exercise and activity songs for early childhood and preschool ages are popular with children throughout the world. A resident of Huntington, Long Island, he offers parties, classes or shows in libraries, preschools and daycares in addition to kid's shows at home parties or in larger concert or party venues. He presents interactive musical events which inspire children to sing, dance, move, pretend and to feel the joy that comes from actively making and sharing music together.

In his shows and classes Mike leads children through a diverse repertoire of traditional and contemporary songs, dances and fingerplays which make it fun for them to guide their own actions, develop self-control and take part in our rich cultural heritage of children’s music. He keeps kids moving from the first note to the last and leaves them with a smile on their face and a song in their heart.
